I am looking for someone to take over my cozy and spacious room in a shared house. The house is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Clark University and offers easy access to Main Street for bus routes to Downtown. With quiet roommates and plenty of space, this room is ideal for Master’s or PhD students seeking a comfortable, focused environment to study and relax.

Room Details: Size: 14x17 main bedroom + additional smaller room (perfect for use as a storage, huge closet and etc.).
Natural Light: 4 large windows in the bedroom and 1 window in the small room.
Private Entrance: The room has its own separate entrance, offering more privacy.
Furnished: Includes queen bed with mattress, couch, coffee table, and drawers.
Optional: I can leave my adjustable electric desk and powered recliner chair (Purchased couple month ago (Black Friday week). After discounts, the chair was $599, and the desk was $259. Both are available for $650 if interested (only because I don’t want the hassle of moving them).

Location: 27 Oberlin Street
Availability: Move-in Date: January 13.
Early move-in (January 11 or 12) is possible, though some of my belongings might still be in the room for a couple of days.

Rent & Utilities: Rent: $800/month.
Utilities: Electricity, internet, and heating (~$50/month in winter (usually less); ~$25-35/month in spring/summer/fall).
We use internet with students discount (around ~50%) and house has solar electric batteries on the roof, so utilities are pretty low (I do not remember a month where I needed to pay more than 50$ for utilities, and I lived here for almost 3 years).
